I've always been drawn to the whole problem — not just the code, not just the concept, but everything it takes to make something real and get it into the world.
On the hardware side, I engineered a complete commercial automatic sliding door system at DoorTronix — designing the mechanism, running the controls, and handling installation end-to-end. That hands-on, figure-it-out mentality carries into everything I build.
On the software side, I've shipped consumer apps to the App Store, built multi-platform streaming tools, and architected cloud backends on Cloudflare Workers. Currently: PropParlay (live, iOS + web) and DNA trail cameras — cellular IoT with a custom detection cloud.
I also run real businesses — a fishing lodge on the Salmon River, a Montauk charter, a river tubing operation — so I know what it means when software has to actually work for people's livelihoods.
